Things come in waves. Lately there’s been more of a flow than ebb of babies. “Everyone’s” having them. Rather than dropping a bundle of moolah on a baby gift, I hand embellished and embroidered some onesies and bibs.
Lay out what you want – and where. Pinning or basting an appliqué ensures it won’t scooch while you stitch around the edges.

Embroidery is another way to embellish baby onesies or bibs (and more). For the embroidered bibs pictured below, I did have a pattern to trace/use, which made the task easy.
