
Why, oh why, on God’s green earth did I choose to make a FITTED tank? Perhaps I needed a body image reality check. (Is the sarcasm palpable?) All kidding aside, it was a two-fold learning experience: piecing together more pattern pieces than I had before and making a custom neckline. I do like the feel and structure of the terry cotton I used for this project. It makes the tank feel solid and makes me a bit more comfortable with the face that it’s fitted (versus it being made of a thinner fabric).
